Dress up: 8,000 theatre costumes and counting now available to hire in Herefordshire

Raising the bar when it comes to fancy dress, the Courtyard's Costume Store is now open for business.

Ok, you can't hire these outfits for a stag or hen but the 8,000+ costumes - variously worn/donated and collected by the Hereford arts centre over the years - can be hired out by schools, community groups and local theatres. There are various discounts available for Herefordshire groups and am-drammers.

Nigel Holloway is costume co-ordinator and 'big daddy' of the store, on hand to tell the story behind each item and liaise with theatre and film production companies.

For more information, including how to visit the store in Hereford, head to www.courtyard.org.uk/costume-hire or give Nigel a call on 07552 954371.
