Find out about Kington's past @ Greenfields, Kington

Join WildPlay for an autumnal tea party at the green space at Greenfields in Kington.

WildPlay are running a new project called Kington’s Playful Landscapes looking at the important landmarks around the town's beautiful countryside.

They are looking for people in Kington with stories to share about their childhood favourite places to play, trees they’ve climbed and how the town has changed over the years.

WildPlay wants to know about the best places to sledge, to collect conkers or swim in the streams.

The tea party is a place where it is hoped that Kington’s children can record these stories in interview- so this event is for everyone to join together and eat cake and drink tea.

Just turn up and join in with this free event or for more information contact Jo Dainty on 07341736187.
