Castle House's executive head chef Claire Nicholls has teamed up with the Gloucestershire-based Severn & Wye Smokery for a night of fish, fish and, yep, more fish. And we mean that in a good way.
They said: "Situated on the edge of the Royal Forest of Dean, between two of England’s most celebrated salmon rivers, the [smokery] continues the old fashioned art and practice of ‘smoking’ only the highest quality fish and meat. Its two flagship products are smoked wild salmon and smoked
eel, but the business has grown to produce a full range of smoked fish products, which it distributes to top restaurants and outlets across the UK and the world."
This one-off is a three-course dinner with Prosecco and canapés on arrival.
