Lisbee Stainton is an English singer-songwriter who has been writing songs since she was a child.

She launched her career by becoming the first unsigned singer-songwriter to play The O2 Arena London in 2007.

Known as ‘The English Rose With The 8-String Guitar’, her folk acoustic style and distinctive use of an eight-string guitar has secured her a growing fan base.

Her parents are from Pontrilas in Herefordshire and she is a regular visitor to Hereford College of Arts.

THE TIMES: “Bound for glory. An exquisite slice of traditional songwriting.”

TOM ROBINSON: “A Serious Young Talent.”

GRAHAM NORTON: “Very tuneful, very beautiful, enchanting and deeply poignant, just beautiful.”

SETH LAKEMAN: “Lisbee Stainton is a fantastic singer-songwriter.”
