The Wye River Challenge is a raft race through a beautiful 70 mile stretch of the Wye River Valley.
Spread across three consecutive days, the charity race is designed to test both mental and physical stamina.
Each day teams will complete a set amount of miles of the course, which will be timed by race officials.
The nature of the weekend event means there is plenty of time for celebration in the beer tent after each race day when the times are announced.
River Rafting is a single paddle water sport for teams of 4 to 10 paddlers. There are two categories of entry in the Wye River Challenge, the Super Rafts, which are more streamlined and primarily designed for competitive racing, and the Fun Rafts, which just need to stay afloat.
